Neighborly Property Management was built on a foundation of compassion, trust, and genuine human connection — values that took root long before the business began.

At five years old, my family moved to Florida, we befriended a 15-year-old girl named Della. She was living with terminal leukemia, but despite our differences in age, we became inseparable best friends. Coming from humble beginnings, we spent countless hours together letting our imaginations create worlds that felt bigger than our circumstances.

My mother and I often cared for Della and her mother’s apartment while they were away for long hospital stays. Though Della eventually lost her battle with leukemia, her kindness, resilience, and warmth left a permanent mark on my heart — shaping what “being neighborly” truly means.

The spirit of community followed me, growing up on a road filled with friends who became family, and later as an adult living on the same street for nearly twenty years. It’s where I met my best friends, shared laughter through open doors, and eventually met my husband.

Through every chapter, one theme remained the same: neighbors caring for neighbors. Whether it was watching over homes, helping in times of need, or celebrating life’s milestones together, the bonds built on trust and loyalty have defined my life.

Neighborly Property Management was born from these experiences. We bring the same care, dedication, and dependability that formed lifelong friendships to every property and client we serve.

Our commitment extends beyond homes — it reaches into our community. After watching my husband’s mother bravely battle cancer for four years, giving back to support cancer research and those affected by it has become a mission close to our hearts.

At Neighborly, we believe home is more than a place — it’s a feeling.
And when you’re with us, you’re always treated like a neighbor.
